REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you, the client, and Relentless Boxing (AB), regarding the purchase and booking of personal training sessions and/or your participation in group sessions and classes.
Please ensure that you have read and understood these terms and conditions fully. Booking and your attendance at the booked personal training sessions/group classes will be subject to these terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that appointment times are reserved and that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before personal training sessions and 6 hours before classes prior to the appointment start time.
You understand that appointments that are missed or canceled less than 24 hours (for personal training) or 6 hours (for classes) before the session start time will be charged as if you attended and will be deducted from your block of classes or personal training sessions.
You understand that appointments will begin and end promptly as scheduled. You acknowledge that any delays to the start of a scheduled appointment will not be a cause to extend the provided service beyond the remainder of the scheduled time.
No refund will be given in part or whole for any unused sessions or time remaining should you wish to cancel your Personal Training sessions or Classes at any time.
Please take note of the expiration dates on each of the services you purchase, as we have a strict no-refunds policy on expired services.
Trial classes are for newcomers only and can only be purchased once per client. Clients who purchase trial classes more than once will have their trial revoked and will not be issued with a refund.
FREEZING AND CANCELLING MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships can be frozen for up to a maximum period of 1 month per year. We do not freeze any memberships during the holiday period in December – January, over public holidays, or during the month of Ramadan.
Unused classes cannot be carried over to the following month.
Memberships have a minimum commitment of 2 or 6 months (depending on membership type). After that, the membership can be canceled by giving one month's notice in writing at info@relentlessboxing.com. The Frozen Membership period does not count as part of your membership minimum terms agreement.
If a member decides to cancel their membership prior to the end of their minimum term agreement, they must provide a letter from a doctor stating that a serious injury or illness is preventing them from training and continuing their membership. In such cases, a penalty fee of £270 will apply to terminate the contract.
In some special circumstances, where a member has suffered a serious injury, we may allow the membership to be frozen for longer than the standard 1 month. A doctor’s letter will be required in such cases to support the request.
Memberships can only be upgraded, not downgraded, during the commitment period.
Class credits cannot be carried over to the following month.
LATE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES
If you need to cancel a class, you must do so with 3 hours' notice, or you will incur a late cancellation charge of £8.
If you are on a trial membership, you must still give 3 hours' notice to cancel classes; otherwise, you may be charged a £5 late cancellation fee and/or may lose your membership.
All classes must be canceled at least 3 hours before the start of the class.
Failed payments will be passed onto an external company for collection or taken to small claims court. An additional collection fee of 30% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
FAILED PAYMENT POLICY
In the event of a failed payment, a fee of £3 will be charged to cover the administrative and processing costs incurred by our payment provider. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that their payment details are accurate and up-to-date to avoid any interruptions in service. If a payment fails, the member will be notified, and the outstanding balance, including the £3 failed payment fee, must be settled promptly to maintain membership status. Repeat failed payments will result in a charge of £3 each time a payment fails, and may lead to suspension or termination of membership if not resolved.

You are under no obligation to participate in any activities, including sparring; however, in choosing to do so, you understand that due to the nature of boxing as a sport involving physical contact, there is a possibility of injury or injury resulting in death.

TRAINING WITHOUT GLOVES AND HAND WRAPS
Gloves are an essential piece of equipment for boxing training (even if you're not sparring), and hand wraps are vital for protecting your hands and the gloves. If you are using our gloves, you must wear hand wraps. Unfortunately, if you arrive without the correct equipment and do not want to hire/purchase from us, you will not be able to train. You will also be charged for the class in alignment with our cancellation policy.
The use of boxing gloves under 10oz is forbidden. Customers will be required to rent or purchase a suitable pair at the gym if their gloves do not meet the class requirements. Refusal to comply will result in denied access to the class, and no refund will be given.
OPEN GYM SESSIONS
Customers who use the gym during Open Gym Sessions do so entirely at their own risk. These sessions are unsupervised by trainers, and Relentless Boxing (AB) London is not liable for any injuries, death, or any other harm that may occur during these sessions. By attending Open Gym Sessions, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.
PERSONAL TRAINING
All personal trainers ("Coaches") affiliated with Relentless Boxing (AB) operate as independent contractors. Relentless Boxing (AB) does not employ these Coaches directly and, therefore, is not responsible for any disputes, financial losses, or issues arising between the client and the Coach. Relentless Boxing (AB) is not liable for any injuries, including serious injury, permanent disability, or death, that may occur during or as a result of personal training sessions. Participation in these sessions is at the client's own risk. Clients are advised to disclose any relevant medical history or physical conditions to their Coach before commencing training sessions. Relentless Boxing (AB) assumes no responsibility for any financial loss resulting from a Coach failing to deliver sessions that the client has paid for directly to the trainer, including situations where the Coach becomes unavailable or ceases communication. By participating in any personal training session, the client acknowledges and agrees that Relentless Boxing (AB) shall not be held responsible for any injuries, harm, or fatalities (including death) arising directly or indirectly from the session. By booking a personal training session through Relentless Boxing (AB), the client acknowledges and agrees that the relationship and transactions with the Coach are independent of Relentless Boxing (AB), and the client accepts sole responsibility for their engagement with the Coach. All personal training sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited, and the client will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling of the session. By booking a personal training session, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
